By using any of the services provided through this website you agree to the following. This is a legal Agreement between Sudbury Wolves Den (not limited to its products and services), its services and all those that work for or with Sudbury Wolves Den in providing those services AND you, also referred to as the “User”, “Vendor”, “Store Owner”, “member” and “your.”
Sudbury Wolves Den operates its business from Sudbury, Ontario Canada and therefore is governed by those Municipal, Provincial and Federal Laws.
Sudbury Wolves Den reserves the right to make amendments to this Agreement at its discretion. You may or may not be contacted about any changes made to the Agreement; therefore it is advised that you review the Agreement periodically for any changes.
You hereby to agree to the Terms of Use stated herein regardless if you become a Vendor, or are just browsing the pages found on this website.
All content and marks used within this website are property of Sudbury Wolves Den. By becoming a User of the services you are NOT entitled to copy or use any of the content or marks on this site without the expressed written permission from Sudbury Wolves Den. Any User, or visitor to this site caught copying or using content or marks found on this website without written consent from Sudbury Wolves Den will have their services terminated and will face legal ramifications by Sudbury Wolves Den.
In order to participate in the services offered through this website you acknowledge that you are of legal age and are able to make legally bounding contracts. If you are not of legal age or not able to make legally bounding contracts you cannot partake in the services offered through this website. If you become a User of the services and are not of legal age or not able to make legally bounding contracts and it is discovered by Sudbury Wolves Den your use of the services will be terminated.
In order to participate in the services offered through this website you agree to act lawfully and within the Terms of Service stated herein. The services provided through this website are not to be abused. Sudbury Wolves Den at its sole discretion can terminate the use of its services to any Member if it deems that Member is abusing its services. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following: infringes on third party property rights, foul language, discrimination, threat, libel or defamatory statements, or promotes violence.
By participating in the services provided through this website you are entitled to commissions through sales of personalized products in your online store. Commission reports are available through the Vendor log-in. You will be issued commission cheques monthly (cheques are written on the last day of the month as long as that day does not fall on a weekend, if so they are written the first Monday of the following month). All commission will be paid by cheque and mailed to the contact information / mailing address provided by the User. Sudbury Wolves Den is not liable for checking the accuracy of this information. Vendors must make sure that their mailing information is current and up to date. If you wish to update your contact information do so by clicking here.
By participating in the services provided by this website you give permission to Sudbury Wolves Den to use your online store in its promotional materials and may advertise your store or products in a way it sees fit to promote the services to future users.
By participating in the services provided by this website you understand fully that the services are offered on an “As-Is” basis and that no guarantee against interruption in services, inaccuracies or errors, cooperation with hardware or software used on your system to create your store or will meet your expectations is offered.
There will be no warranty against any preconceptions of what the services are expected to be by the User. Sudbury Wolves Den will only honour its own warranties written within this agreement or within the Sudbury Wolves Den dot ca website. Also any third-party service offered in cooperation with the Sudbury Wolves Den services found on this website will not be held under any warranty through Sudbury Wolves Den. If the User encounters a dilemma with a third-party service it is up to the User to seek remedy through that third-party.
By participating in the services provided by this website you are aware that some third-parties may be used in order to fulfill the services offered. You also understand that these third parties have their own Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions, Agreements (collectively “Terms”), and Warranties that you must abide by. Under the Terms of Use of Sudbury Wolves Den and its services provided through Sudbury Wolves Den dot ca you agree to abide by all third-parties Terms.
Sudbury Wolves Den will not be liable to you or any third-party for any damages whether they are consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive OR special (including damages relating to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill) based on any action taken against you or any third-party for your use of, or connection with the services offered through this website.
Through this Agreement you hereby indemnify Sudbury Wolves Den, its employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, directors, officers, and managers (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any damage, loss, cost or expense (including but without limitation to attorney’s fees or court costs) incurred in connection with any third-party claim, demand or action (“Claim”) brought against any of the Indemnified Parties led to by actions that would constitute a breach of contract through these Terms of Use by you. If action is brought against you for your misuse of the Services you will grant Sudbury Wolves Den the right to represent itself. Under these Terms of Use you are not entitled to represent Sudbury Wolves Den or its services, you will not settle, compromise or otherwise dispose of any Claim without the consent of Sudbury Wolves Den.
Sudbury Wolves Den can choose to terminate your use of its Services. If Sudbury Wolves Den chooses to terminate your use of the services you will not be entitled to receive any outstanding commissions under $20.00. Sudbury Wolves Den may choose to terminate your use of its services with or without notice to you. If you choose to terminate your own use of the services provided through this website you may do so by contacting Sudbury Wolves Den customer service. You will be entitled to all commissions owed to you. There will be a $5.00 processing fee to issue you commissions earned regardless of time of month you request to terminate your use of services.
Sudbury Wolves Den offers these services to you through its Sudbury Wolves Den dot ca website and in no-way should be mistaken for your employer. There is no employer-employee relationship between any of the Indemnified Parties or the Vendors. Both parties are independent of each other and there is no constitution for any joint-venture between them.
